Pingu’s English Lithuania is led by Ms Sniezana, a female entrepreneur who seized the opportunity to develop Pingu’s English in her home country. Pingu’s English Lithuania now has schools in Vilnius, Alytus and Kaunas, with a new school opening in Klaipedia in September 2020.
What made you decide to invest in a Pingu’s English Master License for Lithuania?
I had been looking for a new challenge in my career. When I was introduced to the brand, I immediately fell in love with it. The business model, the proven methodology and the absence of anything similar in Lithuania convinced me to invest in Pingu’s English. I had absolutely no doubts in the program whatsoever.
What do you like most about being a Master Licensee?
I do love working with a branded system and proven methodology. I love being a part of the Liguaphone Group and their global network of partners – they are hugely supportive of everything we do in Lithuania.

As a Master Licensee we benefit from a complete set of branded marketing materials. We can also call on the Headquarters team in the UK any time for advice with any queries we have with marketing, business development or operational support.
Additionally, every day as a Master Licensee, I learn new skills to help me to grow and lead the team with confidence.
What are you most proud of?
I am very proud of our Pingu’s English schools in Lithuania. They deliver a first class program in a professional, safe and welcoming environment. We have good re-enrollment figures in our schools too – partly due to the team developing a good relationship with all of our parents that have chosen to trust us with their children.
And indeed what I am proud of most, is the happy children and achievements made by all of our students in Lithuania.
What has been your biggest challenge so far?
In a competitive market, we have had to be very adaptable with our business planning to expand and respond to market challenges.
Teacher recruitment has also been a challenge. But thanks to our persistence and hard work, we have succeeded in finding the right people and have built a good team. All who are committed to providing our premium Pingu’s English program to more and more parents across Lithuania.
What has been your highlight so far?
January 2020 marks the sixth year of Pingu’s English arriving in our country.
I am proud of having established four Pingu’s English schools in Lithuania, with plans for more in the years ahead. We are presently working hard to expand into other parts of Lithuania. We are searching for enthusiastic entrepreneurs with good sales experience being able to invest and partner with us.
